What Inspires Us

“The success of Yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationship.”

-T.K.V. Desikachar

“You don’t have to move mountains.  Simply fall in love with life.  Be a tornado of happiness, gratitude and acceptance.  You will change the world just by being a kind-hearted human being.”

-Anita Krizzan

“In the end only three things matter:  how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.”

-Buddha
