Hot Vinyasa Practice, Monday and Wednesday night at 6:45 PM
with Michelle and Megan!!!!
New Classes this September. Starting mid month, a Thursday 5:30 pm Vinyasa Class with Melissa. Then two Sunday evening classes: 2nd Sunday of the month will be Exploring the Chair with Kristen and 4th Sunday evening of the month: Candlelight Practice with Cindy, both at 5:00 PM.
And on Sunday October 16th: Let Your Yoga Dance with Lynne Iannone 5:00-6:00 PM!
