Ganga Flow Yoga


New Classes this September.  Starting mid month, a Thursday 5:30 pm Vinyasa Class with Melissa.  Then two Sunday evening classes:  2nd Sunday of the month will be Exploring the Chair with Kristen and 4th Sunday evening of the month:  Candlelight Vinyasa with Cindy, both at 5:00 PM.  More info soon.
