New Class!! Diane Carlson teaches Power Yoga on Sundays 5:00-6:00 PM

Nov 25th, 4:00 PM, join Kumar Veerapen for this 90 minute workshop Inferno Pilates!  Please pre-register $25, no pilates required.

 

Ganga Flow Yoga is located at 234 New Haven Avenue, Milford, Connecticut.  We have daily yoga classes for all levels.   Our schedule includes Gentle, Mixed Level, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa and Hot Yoga.   Please check out:
